Silver Award winner at the 2003 Great Taste Awards in London, If you haven't yet tried these then add them now to your basket, I have friends who eat them straight from the Jar. They are delicious and graced our table at Christmas instead of the Cranberry Sauce last year and will do again. They are great with roast meats, we have a 5 year old who insists on having them in his sandwich for school. (they are not stoned so you can imagine what his mum thinks about this !)
Steeped in brine and boiled several times over the lengthy time they take to pickle. They result in a soft juicy fruit. Please give them a try and I defy you not to be hooked ! 8oz/ 227g

These pickled cranberries are delicious, lightly spiced and full of flavour. Delightful with cold meats and cheese. Great at Christmas, but too good to save for just once a year. |
